This Design rule check was designed for using use with the Bungard Isolation Milling machine. If this design rule check is followed it will be easy to assemble your PCB. The clearence and milling trace widths are set such that there should be no issues. The chances of accidentally shorting things are smaller and the pads themselves are bigger. See the description within eagle for more details about the settings used.
